Kassi’s Review- This workout is great for beginners that want to start getting into a fitness regimen but don’t have lot of time to devote to it just yet. This workout gets your heart rate up – but you are going to need to up the difficulty once you start getting used to it or you will plateau. I would recommend doing this workout for a week or then switching to Jillian Micheal’s 30 day Shred that way you will continue to see results. The one thing I really like about this for a beginner is that it uses ballet style moves – with very low impact so its easy on your joints. I am going to use this workout on days were I don’t have time to do a full scale workout but want to get some fitness in.
