Review – Soap & Glory Hand Food

25 Nov

img_3890

Every time I look at this package, I think it says Hand FOOT.

Alas, it is a hand cream, not a foot cream.  And what a wonderful hand cream it is!

Here is what Soap and Glory says:

NON-GREASY HYDRATING HAND CREAM

Contains shea butter, macadamia oil and marshmallow . Scented with our Original Pink™ fragrance. The most astonishing hand cream ever? You decide!
My thoughts
It smells so nice.
It’s very hydrating.  I usually reach for this when my hands are dry and shriveled.  Within seconds of layering this one, my hands feel smooth and hydrated.  Best of all, the hydration lasts through a few hand washings.
Coincidentally, this does work really nice on the feet too 🙂
Will I repurchase?
Yes!  It’s super affordable and available at my local Walgreens.
Have you tried Soap and Glory?  Do you like it?
Thanks for stopping by!

Healthy Nails – growing long and strong!

3 Feb

Last year Kassi and I both had major nail drama.  In short, our nails were a disaster.  We wrote about it here and here.

Nailtiques fixed the peeling and breaking problem like a champion

New problem? Dryness, especially in the cuticles.

Solution?  More Nailtiques, of course!

So what’s different?  Switching from Formula 2 for brittle/peeling nails to Formula 1 to maintain a healthy nail.

Adding?

Nailtiques Oil Therapy to apply to cuticles.  I’m sort of crazy about this scent.  It’s kind of citrusy and perfumey.  Likey.

Nailtiques is available at Ulta, CVS, Walgreens.  We both really like it.  We have crazy strong nails, all thanks to these little vials.

Huzzah!

Beautiful Strong Nails

1 Jul

Ok so I have extreme nail envy due to seeing Anna’s amazing nails Saturday night.  Her and I have similar breakage and peeling issues, or at least we did.  She started using Nailtiques protein treatment and now her nails look like she has a gel manicure.  NO JOKE.

ImageI woke up Sunday morning and the first thing I thought was “I need Nailtiques asap” so I went to Ulta, used my $3.50 coupon and bought the heck out of it.  Here are some reviews: CLICK.  It’s $9.50 for the .25Oz and $17.50 for the .5oz.  Not cheap, but worth it if your nails break and peel like mine.

My nails already feel stronger!  It’s nuts!!!!  You need this.  -kassi

Kassi and I both had the WORST finger nails this past winter.  Brittle, peeling, constantly breaking.

We went on a mission to have proper nails so we can have proper nail polish and manicures.  Here is what I did and my results.  Kassi will post hers eventually too. Continue reading
